This white washed and minimally furnished apartment is a fine example of 1920's architecture with its high ceilings and original brick floors. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a dining room and kitchen. Outside there are shaded and open seating areas and 2 bicycles. Situated on the Adriatic Coast nothing is more than 5min away public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlours, Internet etc. Porto Recanati, which is known for its Medieval castle and tranquillity is a seaside resort that is just 4 km from Loreto, 10 km from the Riviera del Conero, Numana, Sirolo, Porto Nuovo (Conero Park) 11km from Recanati and 30km from Ancona (port and airport) and Macerata (Opera Festival).

Guest Book:: 26 May 2007 We have had a glorious week. The restaurant opposite is excellent with quality plus value, try the spigola (sea bas). Lovely town around here, Osimo at sunset was breathtaking. One warning, don’t plan a big excursion on Monday, it seem most city are stunt! It was great fun sitting on the veranda watching the world go by, especially when Milano won the European Cup! Thank you for letting us stay here! We enjoyed our holiday very much. Portorecanati is a lovely friendly place. The apartment has been great fun, near the beach and town. Your welcome made us feel at home. Thank you very much for the umbrellas and the children had great fun with the scooters. Bye for now

This is a beautiful elegant apartment, and so close to the sea! Portorecanati has been a pleasant surprise.
We have enjoyed meeting friendly Italians, taking leisurely walks (a passeggiare) and seeing the coastline and the Marche countryside.
We will also go home a few pounds heavier after so many gelati!
You have provided everything in the apartment we need for a good holiday. Thank you very much
