Country house, recently renovated to a high standard with good quality furniture. Set in 30 acres of fields and woodland. Stunning 300 degree views of the Sibelline mountains, hills and medieval villages. Huge new pool (14 x 6 meters) with same views. Totally secluded and tranquil location with no other house around, yet only 10 minutes drive to local town which has all your shopping needs. There are many things to do from sporting activities to cultural sights. The nearby Sibelline National Park is a famous natural area with rare flora and fauna. It is perfect for walking or cycling.

Casa Luisa is a traditional Italian house recently renovated to a high standard. Casa Luisa has a big entrance hall with an open fire and a dining table. There are 2 living rooms with 4 sofas, TV, DVD and stereo. There is a new kitchen with gas hob, oven, large fridge and freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms - 2 large double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and extra bed and 2 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. 2 futons and a cot are also available for children All bathrooms have showers, basins, lavatories and bidets. One bathroom additionally has a bath. The house has terraces and a teak outside dining table. Surrounding the house is a pretty garden with views across the hills and mountains There is huge new pool with terraces and sun loungers. 10 minutes drive takes you to the thriving town of Sarnano

The house is near the medieval town of Sarnano. They are on the edge of the famous Sibelline National Park, well known for its mountains and flora and fauna. The area is hilly with beautiful hilltop towns and villages. It is a genuine rural community and yet has many facilities. Sarnano has a spa, lots of shops, an art gallery and restaurants. There is almost too much to do in the local area - walking, climbing, horse riding, paragliding, quad biking, opera, museums and there is even the beach about 40 minutes away.The largest cave system in Europe is about 1 1/2 hours drive and well worth a day out as it is truly spectacular.
