Set in le Marche - a beautiful undiscovered region of Italy bordering Tuscany and Umbria - Villa Amelia is a Stunning 14th Century House recently restored to full glory and furbished to the highest standards. The dining room has a unique stonework ceiling and superb oak table seating up to 12 comfortably. The Villa has a large very well equipped private garden with sun loungers, seats and tables for 12 people overlooking the typically mesmerising view. There is also a traditional wood burning Pizza oven to try your hand at traditional Pizza cooking, and a built in BBQ. The local village is just 5 minutes walk up away and there is a great family friendly restaurant serving traditional Italian and Marchigiano food, along with a bar and store for the necessities. the larger Medieval hilltop town of Cingoli is just 5 minutes drive away. The location is Central in Le Marche (just 40 minutes from the airport) making the exploration of this wonderful region accessible.

Notes: The house has a large private garden with space for sunnning, sitting in the shade and playing all along side each other. There is a large traditional pizza oven at the end of the garden and built in BBQ.

Living space: There are two main communal areas, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor leading straight into garden - the lower room has a stone clad vault ceiling - see photo's.

Sleeping Areas: The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite. The three other bedrooms are two doubles and a triple - extra 'floating' beds are available on request for a small extra fee.

Golf: Local golf course - is about an hours drive away and is very well regarded - very nearby are the beaches of the Riviera del conero, so something for everyone to do.
