Exceptionally well restored country house situated in farmland near the mediaeval town of Recanati. The villa is surrounded by very extensive beautifully kept gardens, with swimming pool, which overlooks hill top medieval towns in the sistance. There are 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms Large kitchen with access to the expansive private covered veranda. The house is extremely well located, just 20 minutes from Ancona airport, and 15 minutes from Monte Conero, a scenic seaside area recognised as having the clearest, cleanest waters of the Adriatic coast. There are also plenty of mediaeval villages and towns to explore - this area has recently been described as the 'unknown Tuscany' (situated just to the East of Tuscany, & North of Umbria. There is fishing and horse-riding nearby, and for a refreshing walk, a good restaurant is 20 minutes by foot.

Recanati is situated just 11 km from the beautiful Adriatic coast, and a 20 minute drive from Ancona international airport (with its very cheap flights!)1 hr 15 mins from Rimini airport, and 1 hr 50 mins from Bologna, Forli. Centrally located for exploring Central/Northern Italy.
