Traditional 5 bedroom Le Marche villa with private pool & views,Macerata.

The perfect traditional Italian farmhouse / villa, for families and adults alike. Located in a romantic Le Marche setting away from the road (which is very quiet) and in a wonderfully rural location. The 360 degree views from the house are amazing with distant sea views to the East & The magnificent Sibillini mountains to the West. Le Marche is a fabulously beautiful place, whatever the weather! Outside there is a large terracotta terrace and rose covered pergola, table, chairs and big parasols to keep the sun at bay. You can lie under the fig trees if it gets too hot. A 9 x 6 metre south facing private swimming pool is located just below the house , with spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding rolling hills. It also has a large terracotta terrace with elegant French pool furniture to relax on. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD (with 100 + films to enjoy) CD player, (please bring your own music) a cot & a camp bed. The kitchen is very well appointed.

Casa Lola is located close to the border of the Sibillni National Park, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. At the bottom of our valley there is a deer park and lake with a friendly Osteria on hand to enjoy a cool drink. A half hour drive from the house takes you into the mountains where the breathtaking views from the top stretch to the coast. The walks are plentiful and vary from gentle to demanding, all with fantastic views. The landscape in this area of Italy is breathtakingly beautiful with a view around every corner. The Adriatic coast is a 50 minute drive from the house with it's well organised sandy beaches, lined with deck chairs and good restaurants. There are many resorts to choose from such as San Benedetto and Pedaso.

Local activities ski, swimming, walking, cycling, horse riding, mountain biking

There is a CD, DVD player with growing library of about 100 films so far (although please bring music with you and films for very small children) and boards games for holiday makers to use. The TV (not connected up to the Italian system - is there for films etc). There are some fun lilos & pool toys. There are 2 camp beds that might be useful for children. Please bring beach / swimming pool towels. There is also a large farm building close to the villa which houses ping pong, table football and pool amongst others.
