Beautiful Italian villa with stunning views and very private pool
Casa Dorato is a stone built villa of the traditional style of this area of the Marche Italy. Originally a farmhouse it has been fully renovated by the present owners it is ideal for that self catering romantic holiday it is built on the side of a gently sloping hill, surrounded by oak, acacia and walnut trees. Set in about an acre of ground amidst small farms and vineyards this Italian villa is not remote and yet it is completely private and is not overlooked. Magnificent views of the Le Marche countryside and the numerous hilltop towns and villages can be seen from the terrace and the large pool and patio area. As well as 4 large bedrooms Casa Dorato has 2 large lounges which is ideal for 2 families sharing or for separating the generations. The pool is particularly beautiful and large with plenty of area surrounding to sunbathe eat and enjoy and is completely private and not overlooked. Casa Dorato is located midway between the two villages of Gualdo and Penna San Giovanni.The beautiful medieval town of Sarnano is about 5 miles.The area has been known for some time as 'Gods green Triangle' with Casa Dorato right in the centre of it. The whole area offers an abundance of pretty villages unchanged for centuries most with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.Dramatic mountains,lakes and the Adriatic coast are a mere 40 minute drive away. Ascoli Piceno and Macerata with it's famous Opera season are about an hours drive,Assisi can be reached within two hours.
