The villa is set in its own grounds of 1.5 acres entering via double gates. With 360 degree uninterrupted views of the stunning countryside of Le Marche you will enjoy sitting by the pool which has been furnished with exclusive teak poolside loungers including a large circular teak table for al fresco dining under the veranda. The large illuminated pool has a diving board, separate children's' area & outside shower. Inside the furnishings are first class with a fully equipped kitchen & separate utility room with washing machine & sink. The beamed lounge with fire place leads into a separate sitting area & both rooms have huge french doors leading onto the lawned garden and rolling hills. Additional information about rental rates

  • Your holiday runs from Saturday to Saturday arriving from 3.00 p.m. and on departure day the villa must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. This is to enable cleaning and preparation of the villa for the next guests.  The cost of electricity, cooking gas and bathroom towels is included in the cost of your holiday but please bring your own pool towels. An additional clean/change of linen is provided mid stay for a 2 week holiday. Your beds will be made up ready for your arrival and you will find your welcome pack with milk, wine, bread & cheese etc or similar to enable you to start your holiday immediately. An additional maid service/babysitting service can be arranged, prices are on application & require 72 hrs notice. A security deposit of £500 is payable in advance to cover damage and will be returned (less any cost to repair damage) within 14 days after your holiday and final inspection has taken place.
  • To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the villa is payable within 5 days of reservation.  The full balance is then due 8 weeks before arrival date.  For bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival the full balance must be paid on booking.  The owners do not accept any liability for damage to person or property so please make sure you take out your own holiday insurance. You are responsible that the holiday villa is left in the same state of cleanliness & repair as found.  Any loss or damage to the property or fixtures/fittings will be deducted from your deposit.  A final clean to be carried out on the morning of your departure can be provided at a cost of €50 which must be booked and paid for at the same time as the final balance.
  • Celebrating an anniversary/birthday?  Arrangements can be made for flowers/champagne on arrival, birthday cake or dinner reservations - please enquire upon booking for prices.

Notes: The separate annex is perfect for grandparents/nanny/teenagers & only 6m from the main house. It has large arched windows to take full advantage of the views whilst lying in bed & an en-suite shower room with shower, basin & WC. The house itself has a main bathroom complete with bath, shower attachment, WC, bidet & sink together with an original Victorian washstand. The main bedroom has a balcony with lounger, en-suite shower/sink/bidet. The house itself has been lovingly furnished, has terracotta tiled floors, high quality sofas, PS2, antique furnishings and Italian paintings throughout. The beds will be made ready for your arrival along with your welcome pack including local wine/cheeses/bread & milk or similar. All bedrooms have a fantastically silent & very efficient fan to keep you cool in the summer & central heating is available in the winter but at an extra charge. Outside there is a large bespoke brick barbecue & the house can be fully illuminated at night.

Golf Course at Conero: I have been told this is an amazing course - I do not play golf myself but have it on good authority from my husband & the guests who have accompanied him. It is an 18 hole 5,629 metre championship golf course, Par 71. Course features extensive variety of holes ranging from a number of dog leg holes, island greens and annoyingly placed bunkers! Whether you are a beginner/intermediate golfer or a low handicap accomplished player you will find the course immensely enjoyable, as well as challenging but above all rewarding. The golf course is located at Conero which is about a 45 minute drive from the villa. The staff speak good English, buggies are available as is private golf tuition. Other facilities at the club include a bar, full restaurant, pro shop and large outdoor pool.

Beaches and other attractions: All the locals spend their time on the beach at Civitanova which is only a 25 minute drive from the villa but also a must visit is to the beautiful town of San Benedetto with its 10 kilometres of sandy beaches it has been awarded the European Blue Flag many times. Take a walk/cycle/roller-blade along the wonderful promenade bordering the town - it is 5 kms long and is called the Riviera delle Palme where 7,000 palms of 20 varieties can be found - spend your time with the Italians here enjoying the first class fish restaurants, sipping wine and taking life at a very leisurely pace. Again, another beautiful cosmopolitan town is the port of Porto Sant'Elpidio with 8 kms of beaches, exclusive villas and elegant Art-Nouveau residences. Visit Villa Baruchello with its garden featuring many ornamental fountains. It is a renowned botanical garden with fir-trees, cypresses, palm tress, black pines and cedars of Lebanon.

Have spent 14 blissful days here. Fabulous weather (especially when you know England is one big rain cloud and you are in 35 degree heat) and the 3 children have had fun all day swimming. I have eaten more pizzas, pasta and ice-cream than I thought humanly possible and have seen the most gorgeous countryside. I think it's a definite that we'll come back to Le Marche again one day as it really is a great place to switch off and unwind with no distraction of mobile phones, internet etc.

We arrived to a beautiful pink sky and just sat by the pool soaking up the beauty of the surrounding landscape.This was all before unpacking the car. We have visited Italy many times before but never ventured to Le Marche and were instantly taken by it. We spent many hours (to the dislike of the kids) driving down tracks, searching for our own drops of heaven. Thank you for a delightful week.
