A return to our origin, a love of the land and respect for the nature that surrounds us inspired us to reconvert our house into 3 flats varying in size. In Villa Beatrice, Mondavio, Province of Pesaro Urbino, you can relax, rest and enjoy the slow beat of the countryside completely immersed in 70,000 m2 of parkland with olive, oak, nut and fruit trees. Outdoors you can take a dip in the pool, take a walk and enjoy the large garden with areas equipped for your children as well. If you like exploring there are many historical towns in the vicinity and both the sea and the mountains are within a short driving distance.

This is our largest flat (68m2) on the ground floor facing South West. You enter the flat from an outside path. From the private pergola furnished with a table and chairs you reach the living/kitchen area with a table for 4/6 people and a sofa bed (145x190 cms). A small hallway leads to the bedrooms which have respectively a double bed (150x190 cms). and two single beds (80x190 cms). The bathroom has a washbasin, large shower unit, bidet and a WC.

Villa Beatrice is located midway between the two beautiful medieval towns of Mondavio and Corinaldo. The whole area offers an abundance of pretty villages unchanged for centuries most with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and many other attractions. The Adriatic coast is a mere 20 minute drive away. The spectacular Frasassi Caves, the longest in Italy, are forty minutes away. Throughout the summer there are pageants & palios & food & wine festivals in the local villages. Further afield is Urbino, the world-famous Renaissance town & birthplace of Raphael (40 min) & within 1 - 1.5 hours are four of Italy's most famous theme parks (Mirabilandia, Fabilandia, Le Navi & Italia in Miniatura).

'The house was perfect for our needs with all the facilities and equipment necessarry. Beatrice and family were very helpful during our stay and the fresh vegetables and fruit that Beatrice gave us from her garden were delicious. The garden was great both for relaxing and to entertain 3 small children with lots of space to play football and to explore.'

Beautiful location, wonderful apartment, very warm welcome from the owners. The apartment was very clean and well designed. The terrace was just right for breakfast. The pool was perfect for adults and children. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful but there were plenty of interesting places to visit nearby. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Wir erlebten 3 wunderschöne Wochen in einem sehr gepfegtem, liebevoll gestalteten und aufwendig renovierten Anwesen.
Die Villa Beatrice ist pervekt für Leute die sich einfach nur erholen wollen. In ca. 15 -20 Minuten ist man am Stand und es gibt viele interesante Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kinder dort und die fanden ein 2. Zuhause Nona Bea und ihre Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber und Hund Dodo hätten wir am liebsten mit genommen. Rund um ein gelungender Urlaub.
