Babysitting arranged with resident owners Italian or English spoken. Site seeing tours if required. Bicycles available. Wonderful views of Snow clad Alps in the distance and the Langhe Hills surrounding the property. Two minutes drive from the village. Nearest Village shops Five minutes away. Turin/Genoa airports one hour away. one friendly dog and one cat live with the family. Outdoor barbecue and pizza oven. All types of fruit trees in the garden.

At 700m above sea level the property has delightful views of the surrounding Langhe Hills and in the distance the snow clad Alps. The property is approached from a short private drive way off the village road from Bonvicino. The area is very picturesque and tranquil, traffic is very light. Many places of interest surround the villa; Cherasco is twenty minutes away as is Bra and Alba. Local markets are held most days of the week. Access to the Turin/Savona motorway is conveniently close by.

Escorted trips and walks through local vineyards and to hilltop villages can be arranged at reasonable rates. Also painting classes. You may have our assistance during your stay or not even see us at all if prefer complete privacy.

The area is also renowned for:: slow food cooking and delicious wines, we can advise you of the best places to eat ,where the locals eat daily and celebrate occasionally. If you wish you may also use our extensive outdoor BBQ and pizza oven to cook your own food. Or at an additional cost we will cook for you.

Breathtaking views, meticulous gardens, peaceful evenings and incredibly thoughtful innkeepers. We highly recommend this location if you are looking for peace and tranquility in the amazing countryside of the Piemonte region of Italy.

This villa is absoloutely perfect! Nice, clean rooms, wonderful garden whit a lovely view. The hosts are charming and helpful. The brekfeast had all you can ask for, not italian! After a day around the small villages and wineyards it is perfect to spend some time at the pool or just relax in the garden. If you are interested in wine this is a perfect place.

Gracious hosts, beautiful setting

We planned this trip at the last minute and were so delighted with the villa and our hosts. We weren't sure what to expect with a villa you share with the owners, but we felt like we had been adopted. They eagerly watched our dog, entertained our three year-old, and gave us great advice on markets, restaurants, etc. (They have a nice selection of toys for young kids.) Sharing the kitchen isn't a problem -- in fact, they made sure they knew when we wanted it and even let us use their supplies of pasta, tomatoes, herbs, etc. We were very pleased to have the company, but I also think you could see very little of them if you preferred.

Unfortunately the new pool wasn't ready, but it will have a gorgeous panorama. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and, unlike other rentals we've had, the furniture is in very nice condition. One warning -- the third bedroom is up a very narrow (but new), spiral staircase and is under the eaves of the house. It is probably perfect for older kids or adventurous adults, but not so good for young kids or those getting up in age. The bathroom is huge, but the shower is a little small (but that is the only thing in the whole house that didn't feel spacious). The location is very quiet and tucked away in the hills. It's not in prime wine country, but it's very close and we were very content with its proximity.

All in all, it's a fantastic value for the money and we hope we'll return!

We would definitely recommend staying at the villa. The villa is clean and very comfortable and the owners offer a very warm welcome. Their local knowledge was especially valuable and they were keen to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. We are hoping to return soon!
