Our family (2 adults and baby (1,5 yrs)stayed at the Leonardo app for a week in September.
The apartment was clean and well maintained. There are two large bedrooms; one with a dubble bed, the other one with two bunk beds. A large bathroom with a shower. The sitting room /kitchen is a bit smaller. The balcony is very nice and you can enjoy the evening sun! There is also a guest washing machine!
The garden is amazing! It is so large and diverse. We really enjoyed the fresh fruit and vegetables. We still miss the smell (and taste) of the sweet strawberry grapes! We made pizza in the outdoor oven…….fantastic! Our son loved the little stream running beside the villa. Throwing rocks in the pond was his favorite activity!
Cascina Boretta is well situated. All the interesting places are just a short drive away. A car is recommended. There is a large supermarket nearby( walking distance).
The host, Matteo, and his family (Simona, Sophia and Ankor) are very friendly, very helpful (thank you!) and make you feel right at home. Even now, our son still talks about Sophia and every with every dog he sees he says Ankor, Ankor! We would recommend Cascina Boretta to everyone !
