Beautiful new guest house in the ground floor of the villa for three to five persons, own bathroom and kitchen, quiet, private entry, private parking lot, open space, swimming pool within a large garden of 1500 square meters. From the garden the view is over the old town of Bracciano, the Odescalchi Castle and the lake with the mountains behind. This property is located 2.5 km from downtown and the railway station, 1 km from the lake's shore, where, within few hundred yards, there are sailing, beach and tennis clubs and a vast assortment of restaurants at affordable rates. Amenities include: wide-band connection 24-hour available, wi-fi, satellite TV with 9 movie channels of SKY in English, stereo, CD player, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, BBQ, linens provided, no smoking, use of washing machine, two bikes.

This area, beside the beautiful lake landscape and the many water sport activities, is located in the vicinity of a vast archaeological area spanning from the first Etruscan sites, to the huge Roman heritage and the medieval time. The Castle Orsini/Odescalchi, due to its excellent state is one the most important in Italy, dominating with his size all over the lake. There is a train every half an hour to Rome Ostiense , which stops in many downtown stations in between, as well as to Viterbo.

Notes to the rental rates

Heating surcharge, when required, Euro 10 per day.
Rates are for up to three persons. Additional beds 1 and 2 are charged Euro 10 x day each in low season, and Euro 15 during high season.
Cleaning once per week, included in the weekly rate. For shorter periods extra Euro 30 for final cleaning.
Booking is confirmed upon a deposit of 30 pct of the total. The balance plus a refundable deposit of Euro 150, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Special last minute offer during all season, if apartment is still available one week before arrival , the daily rental rate will be reduced by Euro 10.

Prices include: One set of bed linen per bed per week, 1 hand towel per person per week, Electricity, H24 Broadband Internet connection. Cleaning before and after arrival and all taxes included.
Prices do not include: refundable deposit of Euro 150 to be handed over to the apartment owner upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests upon departure.
Between November and March, and/or if required by weather condition, a fee of Euro 8 per day will be charged for central heating. Cleaning, if required during staying , can be arranged for Euro 25 per day.
