My Flats-in-Rome are ideal for people looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city centre roads and hotels. They are 2 flats in the same building, sleeping 4 each. The flats are directly linked to downtown Rome (15 minutes from Trastevere by train) and are also well connected to the Fiumicino Intl Airport Leonardo da Vinci and the main train stations in Rome. A wonderful 27 hole golf course is only 5 Km away. The apartments are independents, separately bookable and fully furnished with their own private internal parking spaces, air conditioning, independent central heating and perfectly working fireplace. The bedroom furnishings include a double bed and wardrobe in each apartment. They are the ideal solution for more families traveling together or a group of friends.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates for 3 persons in flat no. 1. Rates depend on flat and number of persons. Children under 6 y.o.: free. Long term rent: 10% off for the 2nd week.
  
• Extra charge for required final cleaning : 40 Euro.
  Air conditioning: if required, 1 euro per KW (electricity).
  Heating: if required, 1.5 Euro per cubic meter (gas).
  Linen rental: if required, 10 Euro per person.
  Refundable security deposit: 300 Euro.
  
• CANCELLATION POLICY. The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
  OTHERWISE :
  If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
  If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
  In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.

Very clean and well furnished flat. The owner was helpful and provided options for discounts at local eateries and assistance with transportation and telephones. Ideal for couple or small family with car interested in daytime excursions in and around Rome * Immeuble pratiquement neuf très propre et très bien équipé, place de parking dans cour fermée. Station de train régional entrant dans tarif urbain à 50m. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking et allions à Rome chaque jour en 15 min. en train.A bonnement illimité train+tous transports urbains très abordable (environ 13EU pour 1 semaine. Propriétaire loueur très sympathique et honnête. * Een perfecte plek om te verblijven als je Rome bezoekt. Kleine flat, maar alles in aanwezig, vriendelijke verhuurder, die je met alles helpt.
