My Flats-in-Rome are ideal for people looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city centre roads and hotels. They are 2 flats in the same building, sleeping 4 each. The flats are directly linked to downtown Rome (15 minutes from Trastevere by train) and are also well connected to the Fiumicino Intl Airport Leonardo da Vinci and the main train stations in Rome. A wonderful 27 hole golf course is only 5 Km away. The apartments are independents, separately bookable and fully furnished with their own private internal parking spaces, air conditioning, independent central heating and perfectly working fireplace. The bedroom furnishings include a double bed and wardrobe in each apartment. They are the ideal solution for more families traveling together or a group of friends.

  • Rates for 3 persons. Each additional person is 10 Euros per night or 40 Euros per week.

    * 50% deposit payable at booking
    * Cash in full at the check-in
    * Security Deposit : 100 Euro, refundable at the end of the stay
    * Checkin time: from 4pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am
    * Late checkin (after 8pm) or early check out (before 8am) : 30 Euro
    * Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 10 euro per person (per change).

    * Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own expenses

  • CANCELLATION POLICY. The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.

    OTHERWISE :

    If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

    If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund

    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
