The apartment,65 sqm, is at 1st.floor on the internal courtyard, with no windows on the street, giving a complete quietness and privacy to the Guests. Fully renewed on July 2004, including the furniture. Located in a commercial area full of shops, restaurants and pizzeria is only 1,5 km. far from the Vatican City which can be reached by only 2 underground stops. At 150 metres from the apartment you find either a bus stop or an underground stop which easily links the apartment with all the historical roman sites.

The apartment is in Rome town which is itself worthwhile of a week visit, but the entire region is worthy. In the north of Rome at 50/100 km. there are many and important archaeological sites of the Etruschi (people living before the Romans). The sea is also close to Rome and all the sea side is clean and easily reachable.

Notes: The apartment, located at the 1st. floor, gives the view on the internal courtyard, which has plants, but it is not accessible. All the rooms have the windows on the courtyard. There is the possibility too to use the lift. The apartment is made of 1 entrance with a big room with a kitchen, table for 6 and sofa bed. There are then 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with 1 single bed more, for a total of 5 beds. This configuration is really suitable for families of 4/5/6 people. A private garage is available at only 50 metres.

Me, my son and two my friends (we are from Moscow) stayed at these appartments for the week 11-18 April 2009, its very close to the center of Rome, only 3-4 stops by metro,
the place is good, there is a supermarket near the home where we could buy food and some nice pizzerias.
The owners are very nice people.
We liked to be in Rome and live in this appartment.
Owner's Response: Mrs...., her child and 2 her friends have spent one week in our apartment as agreed.We had a nice first encounter during which we explain the beauties of the the city and we knew more of their habits. We found the apartment absolutely on order when they left and we will fully be available in case they come back to Rome.

Half-term holiday in Rome

We had a great time in this flat. We are a family of four and found that it was ideal for our needs. It gave us loads more room than a hotel would've done and the feeling of being amongst real Italians, rather than a place filled with tourists like ourselves.
Giorgio and Graziella were very welcoming and Giorgio's excellent English was a definite plus. Also very helpful in arranging transfers to and from the airport.
We would recommend this flat to anybody but especially families.
Owner's Response: Very kind family with whom we had nice time .The apartment was left in perfect condition and we really recommend these lovely people to everybody without esitation.

Die Ferienwohnung war absolut top. Die Aufteilung für uns als 5-köpfige Familie ideal, Klimaanlage und Badezimmer super. Die Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, Metrostation gleich um die Ecke und wunderbar nette Menschen rund um uns herum, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne erneut in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen.
