The apartment is in a villa, built during the 20’s of the last century and restructured on summer 2005. It is perfectly furnished with all comforts to spend a pleasant and comfortable stay. The villa rises on a green location in which the following common services are available for all the hosts: - villa’s entrance with inner free parking zone for cars and motorbikes; - relax zone with gardentables and chairs; - quiet green zone; The apartment is at the ground floor and has got an independent entrance.

  • Payment procedures :

    At the moment of booking client is requested to send the 30% of the total amount through a bank transfer . In case of booking within few days before forecasted arrival a valid credit card is requested as guarantee. Client must communicate the name of credit card holder, the credit card type and the date of expiration.
  • Deposit (Compulsory) :

    On arrival the client is requested to leave a deposit of 200,00 Euros (two hundred Euros) for the eventual damages at the apartment or furniture during his staying .The deposit will be returned to the client on departure day, after check of the flat and furniture. In case of a sudden departure the deposit will be returned to the client through bank transfer or international money order. The cleaning of the kitchenette is not included; in case it is not done by the client, the same is kindly requested to pay 50 euros at the end. The client is also kindly requested not to leave food and garbage in the flat.

Check in Check out :: Check in: from 12.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m. of arrival day. In case arrival time is forecasted in different hours it is necessary to advice the employee at least 48 hours before. Check out: within 10.00 a.m. of departure day.

Penalties :: In case the client renounces to the vacation the penalties will be applied as follows: - 30% of the total amount within 3 days before the forecasted arrival - 100% of the total amount for a renunciation communicated later than 3 days before the forecasted arrival

Very nice place for romantic stay in Rome

This a really fantastic place, where you are close to everything and still can hear the Nightingale sing. You feel like you are in the nature but you are in centre of Rome. I recommend this place as the perfect stay for romantic weekend. /Elisabeth
