Notes to the rental rates

• Prices include following services: towels and linen, consumption of electric power, gas and water, TV, radio, DVD, air conditioned, heating, vault, free inner parking zone for car and motorbikes, equipped Kitchen.
  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICES SHOWN ARE REFERRED TO A STAY FOR 2 PERSONS. FOR A DIFFERENT NUMBER OF PERSON PLEASE SEND US AN E-MAIL OR CALL OUR PHONE NUMBER.
  
• Payment procedures :
  At the moment of booking client is requested to send the 30% of the total amount through a bank transfer . In case of booking within few days before forecasted arrival a valid credit card is requested as guarantee. Client must communicate the name of credit card holder, the credit card type and the date of expiration.
  
• Deposit (Compulsory) :
  On arrival the client is requested to leave a deposit of 200,00 Euros (two hundred Euros) for the eventual damages at the apartment or furniture during his staying .The deposit will be returned to the client on departure day, after check of the flat and furniture. In case of a sudden departure the deposit will be returned to the client through bank transfer or international money order. The cleaning of the kitchenette is not included; in case it is not done by the client, the same is kindly requested to pay 50 euros at the end. The client is also kindly requested not to leave food and garbage in the flat.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Rome, Rome & Lazio, Italy

Extra Services :

Pets admitted upon request, with a compulsory charge of 30,00 euros (Thirty euros) for the extra final cleaning of the flat; Cradle; Internet, telephone, fax, photocopies, meeting room (available exclusively at our office).

Check in Check out :

Check in: from 12.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m. of arrival day. In case arrival time is forecasted in different hours it is necessary to advice the employee at least 48 hours before. Check out: within 10.00 a.m. of departure day.

Penalties :

In case the client renounces to the vacation the penalties will be applied as follows: - 30% of the total amount within 3 days before the forecasted arrival - 100% of the total amount for a renunciation communicated later than 3 days before the forecasted arrival
