These 3 charming apartment for vacation rentals are located in the the same building in the heart of the Eternal City, 2 at ground level and 1 on the 3rd floor of a lovely, characteristic three-storied building, on Via della Luce, a picturesque alley in Trastevere district. The 3 bedroom apartment (UNIT 1 - Trastevere A) is on the 3rd floor and sleeps 11. The 1 bedroom apartment (Unit 2 - Trastevere E, sleeps 4) and the studio flat (Unit 3 Trastevere F, sleeps 2) are at ground level with independent entrance. All the units are ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for an accommodation in the historical centre of Rome.

This charming apartment for vacation rentals is on the 3rd floor In the same building I also have the smaller apartment Flatinrome Trastevere E (1 bedroom) and Flatinrome Trastevere F (studio). This unit, 80-square meters (860 SqFt), sleeps 11 and includes 3 bedrooms (two triples and one double) a living room with one double and one single sofa bed and Satellite TV set, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 14 people and two full bathroom (one with bathtub and one with shower). Air conditioned in every room.

These apartments are located in the historical centre of Rome. We usually consider the historical centre from Vatican (East end) to the Coliseum (West end). From one end to the other is only 3 Km (less than 2 miles) and all the sites (Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Campo de'Fiori, ecc.) are in between. Trastevere is 'in the centre of the centre', so more or less 1.5 km (or less than a mile) from everywhere. Trastevere is also the place where spending your nights in the Eternal City, with a lot of caf?s and restaurants spread in the small typical alleys. These units are in the most quiet and picturesque area of this district. A few steps from the apartment is a street car stop that can take you directly ina couple of stops to 'Largo Argentina' and Piazza Navona. This property is also very well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome.

  • RATES UP TO 5 PERSONS +30 Euro per night / +150 Euro per week for each additional person.
    Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
    Extra charge for required final cleaning (70 euro).
    Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 10 euro per person (per change).
    Refundable security deposit: 300 Euro per unit.
    20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euro or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.

Spacious apartment in excellent central location

We stayed in the apartment in 7 people, including three adults and four children. The apartment is spacious with three confortable bedrooms. However I am not sure it would be confortable for 11 people, as at least three would need to sleep in sofa beds located in the living area/entrance of the apartment. The only problem was that there is only one bathroom, however the owner informed us that they are in the process of building a second one in one corner of the living room. The location is excellent, an area full of restaurants, cafes, and life also at night, while the apartment remains quiet because located ina back street.

well sized apartment for 3 couples
excellent location use tram or walk to attractions
local bars and restaurants close by
clean comfortable apartment excellent kitchen facilities
3 good sized bedrooms, 1 with ensuite recently installed so good quality
other bathroom ok but in need of renovation
terrace needs renovating to make sitting out area
would stay here again
