These 3 charming apartment for vacation rentals are located in the the same building in the heart of the Eternal City, 2 at ground level and 1 on the 3rd floor of a lovely, characteristic three-storied building, on Via della Luce, a picturesque alley in Trastevere district. The 3 bedroom apartment (UNIT 1 - Trastevere A) is on the 3rd floor and sleeps 11. The 1 bedroom apartment (Unit 2 - Trastevere E, sleeps 4) and the studio flat (Unit 3 Trastevere F, sleeps 2) are at ground level with independent entrance. All the units are ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for an accommodation in the historical centre of Rome.

This just renovated one bedroom apartment for vacation rentals is at street level with independent direct entrance of a lovely, characteristic three-storied building, on Via della Luce, a picturesque and quiet alley in Trastevere district. In the same building I also have the bigger apartment Flatinrome Trastevere A and the small studio Flatinrome Trastevere F. This apartment, 40 sq.metres (430 SqFt.), sleeps 4 and one bedroom with double bed cm. 160X190 (5ft 24in X 6ft 23in), living room with double sofa bed cm. 160X190 (5ft 24in X 6ft 23in), fully furnished kitchenette with fridge and microwave, dining table with 6 chairs and full bathroom with shower enclosure. Fully equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and safebox.

These apartments are located in the historical centre of Rome. We usually consider the historical centre from Vatican (East end) to the Coliseum (West end). From one end to the other is only 3 Km (less than 2 miles) and all the sites (Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Campo de'Fiori, ecc.) are in between. Trastevere is 'in the centre of the centre', so more or less 1.5 km (or less than a mile) from everywhere. Trastevere is also the place where spending your nights in the Eternal City, with a lot of caf?s and restaurants spread in the small typical alleys. These units are in the most quiet and picturesque area of this district. A few steps from the apartment is a street car stop that can take you directly ina couple of stops to 'Largo Argentina' and Piazza Navona. This property is also very well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome.

  • RATES UP TO 2 PERSONS +15 Euro per night / +80 Euro per week for each additional person.
    Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
    Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 euro).
    Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 10 euro per person (per change).
    Refundable security deposit: 200 Euro per unit.
    20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euro or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.

    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.

The apartment is recently renovated and as described. It would be a tight fit for 4 adults but it was perfect for the two of us. Massimo was exceedingly helpful and provided us with excellent information including some good local places to eat. The rooms were clean and tidy and all equipment was a good modern standard. We would definitely recommend this apartment and wished everywhere we stayed was as good.
