Apartment is fully restored, beautiful wood beam ceilings, well equipped, kitchen corner with 2 electric ring burners, modern bathroom with shower (very good water pressure), hairdryer, living room with 2 windows, dining area with antique pine table, sofa bed to sleep 2, double bed. Located on 1st floor (approx. 12 steps). fantastic area close to all local shops and major sights, local transportation on Via Vittorio Emanuele, Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Farnese (The French Embassy) only approx. 10 minutes walk away. Great bars, restaurants and boutiques in the area. The apartment is equipped with A/C (portable air-conditioning unit).

Notes to the rental rates

• The price is based on 2 persons......more than 2 price will be quoted upon request. Normally there is a small security deposit to pay which varies depending upon how many people and period of stay in the property. This will be communicated on a case per case basis. The security deposit will be returned wherever possible on the departure day after checking the condition of the rental property and ensuring that the rental property has not suffered any damage. For weekly rentals the rental price includes electricity and water consumption, but in the summer months a charge for the electricity consumption is made which is Euro cents 20 per KwH for the extra use of the A/C unit. A small final cleaning of Euro 25,00 (based on only 2 persons....if more than 2 persons use the property the price will be adjusted accordingly) is payable at the end of the stay.
