Additional information about rental rates

  • Cancellation policy: 20% deposit payable at booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is 30 days before the rental; thereafter, the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates. If a cancellation is made during the 10 days before your arrival,the deposit will be lost.
  • The tenant is obliged to give communication of any damages caused, as the apartment has to be given back as it was on arrival. Clean and in order.
    No cleaning service during your stay (it can be organised in addition), but the flat will be in perfect order. Linen cleaning is all included.
    There is a security deposit at the arrival in the flat of 150 euro wich will be given back at the departure.
  • The professional cleaning before the arrival and the check in- check out service has to be added to the rent (50euro) witch is without any other addition. The final price is all inclusiv. There is an addition for checkin/check out saturday/sunday (40euro)

Hello Marguerite,

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Roma. Your
apartment was very comfortable and location was so convenient for us to
visit the places we wanted to see. Roma is an amazing city with so much
monuments ancient, old and new, it was quite overwhelming. We wish we could
have stayed for a month rather than a week.

Position, position, position

Electric bus passes the door. Major bus stops a stones throw away, a small grocer within walking distance. This is brilliant position for seeing the major 20 sights of Rome. We walked over the bridge to St Peters
in the evening, so easy to do, to enjoy its grandeur in the quiet.Rome is very busy, so really nice to be able to get back and put your feet up so quickly in this quiet back water.Thanks Margaurite for being so helpful and for a great holiday property. Well be back

A HIDDEN GEM OFF OF VIA GUILIA

This is a hidden gem in the Campo de Fiori area. On a short quiet alley very near necessary bus stops, supermarket, cafes, shops, and the beautiful Via Guilia.
The flat is spotlessly clean and quite large with tall windows in the living room with nice comfortable furniture.
The bedroom is very nice with a very big size closet with built in dresser and storage.
The bathroom is well equipped with a huge tub equipped with a shower also. There is a window in the bathroom also.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans, stove, microwave, fridge, cabinets, and spices and oil and other foodstuffs. The kitchen has a nice washing machine.
The flat is VERY quiet and a nice area just off of Via Guilia which makes for a pleasant stroll anytime day or night.
The owner is very good with responding to all emails and very pleasant, wanting to insure her guests comfort and enjoyment while in Rome. Any questions via phone were answered promptly.
I have recommended this lovely flat to several friends and I have stayed here 2 times now myself.

Excellent location - comfortable apartment

This apartment is perfectly located, a short walking distance to many key sites and just around the corner from major bus stops. Good shops and restaurants are nearby as well as the market at Campo Fiori.

The kitchen was tiny yet it worked fine. The living room and bedroom were spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Marguerite arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and this was definitely a good deal.

We recommend this apartment.
