Charming apartment located near the Colosseum
This apartment is located on the first floor of an old building in Via Merulana, a lively street near the Colosseum .It is a very quiet apartment because Its large windows are directed on a large internal courtyard avoiding the noise of the street. It is comfortable and furnished with taste. The floor is covered by wood parquet. At the entrance, there is the living room with one sofa which becomes a sofa bed for 2 persons at night and a dining table with a bench and two chairs. There is also a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, an infra-red electrical stove and a micro wave/grill. There are of course plates, glasses, pots....everything you need to cook during a short stay. The bedroom has a double bed (1.40 mts) and a big cupboard. There is also a small white bathroom with a modern sink, bidet, wc and a comfortable shower. This apartment offers: central heating, air conditioning and TV. There is also a washing machine with incorporated drier.

This apartment is located on the Via Merulana near the cross point with Via Labicana, the street which ends on the Colosseum. This location is ideally located to visit the Archaeological area of Rome. The Colosseum is at 5 minutes, the Foro Romano, Caracalla Terms, Circo Massimo are at a walking distance of max.15 minutes. In the neighbourhood are also located the Basilics of San Giovanni, San Clemente, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Pietro in Vincoli. To reach the city center such as Piazza di Spagna or other places (Vatican...) is very easy because the metro station of Manzoni (line A) is at 5 minutes and the bus stop is just in front of the main door of the building. This area is safe and lively and there is a pleasant park next door. There are plenty of food stores, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars and all type of shops just next door.
