These 2 charming apartments are located in a quiet residential area, 80 mt away from the underground line between Rome and Fiumicino International Airport, just 1 km away from the New Rome Fair. Located at the first floor, these newly-built (2001) flats sleep five each. Each one includes a bedroom with double bed (160x190), a living room with double sofa-bed (160x190), single sofa-bed (80x190) and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a large balcony (16 sqm) well suited for outdoor meals. The apartments are fully furnished, with a washing machine, independent heating, air conditioning, TV and Hi-Fi. The internal parking spaces allow you to leave your car and to reach the City centre (Trastevere) in 14 minutes with the nearby located underground. Children up to 6yrs old: free. The 2 flats together sleep 10. The flats are independent and it is possible to book them separately.
