LOCATION: A prestigious apartment in the famous via del Babuino, in front of the 'Chanel Maison' of Rome, upstairs the 'Tiffany Jewellers' a few real meters (50) from Piazza di Spagna (the Spanish Steps). The Spanish Steps is the most central area of the City. On the 1st floor of a vintage building, the apartment is composed of bedroom with a king-size bed, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a lounge with two more single sofa beds, a kitchen, and bathroom. FURNISHINGS: Vintage furnishings, equipped with a color television, refrigerator, dishes and linen. It comes with central heating, and an instant hot water heater. Due to the location in a vintage building, it comes without elevator (1st floor). PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: the centre of the city is visitable on foot. AMENITIES: TV, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer ACTIVITIES: (on site or nearby): Shopping, Restaurants, Live theatre, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing.

Sauber und ordentlich, neue IKEA-Möbel, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Einkaufsmöglicheiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (u.a Supermarkt). U-Bahn am Piazza Vittorio Emanuel, ruhige Seitenstrasse,
nette Tavola Calda um die Ecke, Restaurant "Hosteria Buonguistariao" in Via Buonarotti hat uns betrogen bei der Abrechnung!!!! "Hosteria Margano" in Via Mecenate lecker, nett und viel günstiger - unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!!
Zu Fuß 12 Minten vor dem Colosseum!!
