The apartment is newly renovated, furnished, and situated in a charming 100 year old six-story building with elevator. The apartment is provided with AIR-CONDITIONING. Apartment includes one bedroom with closet space, two bathrooms equipped with showers, sink, WC and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a charming view over the roofs and domes of the churches of the city centre, a dining room, a comfortable living room area equipped with a large sofa-bed for two, other two fold up beds are available for the 5th and 6th persons. This apartment is provided with autonomous heating, washing machine, dish washer, color television, a small stereo system (with a radio, cassette and CD player), air conditioning, iron and iron board.

The apartment is located in the historic centre of Rome. It's very close to the Spanish Steps, only 100 meters (2 minutes of walk!). This apartment is about 2/5 minutes walking from two metro stations ('Flaminio' and 'Piazza di Spagna', line A).

Right in the Thick of the Excitement

If you like to be in the thick of the high-end shopping district and busy streets, this is a great location. High-end clothing boutiques line Via Babuino, and all the major Italian clothing designer stores are around the corner. If you want peace and quiet though, look elsewhere.

The apartment is not as updated or modern as the other apartments we stayed in Italy. One of the bathroom toilet's didn't work too well, but with two bathrooms this wasn't a problem. The showers are tiny. But, it was spacious and affordable.

Enrico and the ItalyRents staff were helpful and made the check-in smooth and easy.

I would recommend this for those looking for an affordable place to stay in the thick of the action of Rome. But, if we return to Rome, we will look for a smaller and more updated apartment.
