Fine colours, elegant furniture for this mini-apartment that has just been renovated and is extremely well equipped, with all the modern comforts: satellite TV, DVD, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron with ironing board, microwave. The apartment , on the fifth floor of a 19th century building (with lift), is very quiet and luminous ; has a large entrance with cooking corner and dining area and a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds + 2 pouffe beds. This charming mini apartment is certainly perfect for a couple, but can also accommodate 4 as long as it's a family group or close friends.

Located in the characteristic Rione Esquilino, one of the most well connected areas in the city center, only a short walk from Colosseo, Domus Aurea (Nerone Emperor House), Roman Forum, Basilicas of San Giovanni in Laterano, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and Santa Maria Maggiore. With the metro practically right next to the apartment, you will arrive easily to the St. Peter Basilica and the Vatican Museums and all the wonderful sites you can find in Rome. The Central Railway Station “Termini”, from which the shuttle train to the airport departs, is a short distance away, only some minutes by foot, so you don’t need to rush. In this area there are many shops and supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, chemists’, dry-cleaners, public garage, theatres (Teatro dell’Opera, Brancaccio, Ambra Jovinelli), cinema, green parks (Parco del Colle Oppio, Giardini di Piazza Vittorio, Villa Celimontana).
