The residence Gli Etruschi is located in the middle of a tranquil 2 acre natural park, just 20 km from the historical centre of Rome. Within 3 km th village with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. The residence is connected to Rome by bus (3 km)and by metropolitan trains(6 km). The metro-train leaves every 20 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive to San Pietro (centre of Rome),in the station there is a save parking where for less than 1€ you can leave the car all the day. The residence is equipped with a swimming-pool(5x11x1.20 mt)in the villa, the main building there are 3large and comfortable apartments, Tarquinia suite on the upper floor, on the ground floor Tuscania suite and Populonia suite, Populonia and Tuscania suites can be united to form an unique and large apartment. The residences include 2 independent cottages Veio with a big terrace and Ceri behind the house of the owner. Additional features include satellite TV and autonomous heating.The lake is less than 10km away

This suite is in the main building, on the ground floor. It offers a cosy sitting room with fireplace and parquet flooring, it opens onto a covered arched loggia overlooking the park. Two bedrooms (4 beds),a corner kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete this charming suite. You have a wash machine in this apartment.

The Gli Etruschi residence is located north of Romes historical centre (25 km), in a natural area. It is a good location to visit Rome and also the surrounding is rich of attractions. Visit the Etruscan cities of Cerveteri (25 km), Veio (15 km)and Tarquinia (60 km)with necropolis and museums. Go sailing, canoeing or windsurfing on the splendid lakes of Bracciano and Martignano (10 km). If you prefer to play golf at 7 km there is the Olgiata Golf Club. The sea is at 30 km. At 25km you have the new thermal center of Stigliano. Stop by the medieval city of Viterbo and take a dip in the hot-water spring at Saturnia. At 60km you have the Terminillo sky center.

Notes: This apartment is pleasant in all seasons. Its spacious sitting room with fireplace and parquet flooring make it very comfortable and romantic. I think is suitable especially for a couple. This apartment and the other apartment, Populonia, each are on the ground floor of the villa- they can be united to form a single, large apartment with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Dear Malika, Rom and Gli Etruschi a nice place to do vacances in the winter time, we were here the second time in your residenza it was a very nice time so we want to came back again. Family Etzold There is a proverb , that says:'there are many roads leading to Rome...'but for us there is only one good road it is the road that passed throught Gli Etruschi. Gli Etruschi to us was an eldorado of silence and nature, that gave us the opportunity to re-enjoy the experience we had in the historical city of Rome. Family Sanders

We have had our holidays for 2 weeks in the appartment Tuscania and we have had a very good time. After 2 weeks we didn't want to go home. We wanted to stay in this very nice, clean appartment, with a nice swimmingpool in the beautiful quiet garden, we wanted to visit Rome a few times more and we wanted to spent more time on the very nice beach at S. Severa. To go to Rome you can take the train for 1 euro's, the station is at 5 minutes by car. The train wil take you in half an hour to the station San Pietro.

We had a fantastic holiday in Rome. The apartment was basic but full of charm and the pool was wonderfull. We all enjoyed returning from our time in Rome and the surrounding area to cool down and then soak up a tan. The appartment was in good condition and very clean on arrival; the cleaning service was a welcome feature. There were a fair number of biting beasties, so it a good idea to take deterants.
The train service to Rome is cheap and efficient and, with the City buses made an easy journey in to see the sights.
Malika was very friendly and helpfull and takes a great pride in this, her family home.
Thanks, Malika, we will certainly recommend Gli Etruschi to our friends and family.
