  PAYMENT:To stop the reservation you send an account of 30 of the amount and the rest of the amount 15 days before your arrival with a bank transfer. There is 150 euros as security deposit must be paid on the first 24 hours of the arrival. The prices are weekly and included: use of electricity, running water, TV, electric household, kitchen kit, sheets and towels change every week, cleaning (before the arrival, and on Wednesday, the final cleaning cleaning is 50,00€).The heating is not include on the price and must be paid at the end of the stay The cost for one more bed more is 25 € daily.
