The residence Gli Etruschi is located in the middle of a tranquil 2 acre natural park, just 20 km from the historical centre of Rome. Within 3 km th village with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. The residence is connected to Rome by bus (3 km)and by metropolitan trains(6 km). The metro-train leaves every 20 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive to San Pietro (centre of Rome),in the station there is a save parking where for less than 1€ you can leave the car all the day. The residence is equipped with a swimming-pool(5x11x1.20 mt)in the villa, the main building there are 3large and comfortable apartments, Tarquinia suite on the upper floor, on the ground floor Tuscania suite and Populonia suite, Populonia and Tuscania suites can be united to form an unique and large apartment. The residences include 2 independent cottages Veio with a big terrace and Ceri behind the house of the owner. Additional features include satellite TV and autonomous heating.The lake is less than 10km away

Veio is an independent cottage located in the middle of a two hectare park. Its attractive country-style furniture, decorates this 2 bedroom cottage, plus its dinner room and wide terrace and cosy sitting-room with sofa-bed (5 beds at all). It is equipped with a modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a full bathroom and shower.

The Gli Etruschi residence is located north of Romes historical centre (25 km), in a natural area. It is a good location to visit Rome and also the surrounding is rich of attractions. Visit the Etruscan cities of Cerveteri (25 km), Veio (15 km)and Tarquinia (60 km)with necropolis and museums. Go sailing, canoeing or windsurfing on the splendid lakes of Bracciano and Martignano (10 km). If you prefer to play golf at 7 km there is the Olgiata Golf Club. The sea is at 30 km. At 25km you have the new thermal center of Stigliano. Stop by the medieval city of Viterbo and take a dip in the hot-water spring at Saturnia. At 60km you have the Terminillo sky center.

  • The prices are weekly and include: use of electricity, running water, electric household, tv, sheets (change each week)the use of the park and of the swimming
    pool. Heating is not include on the price and must be
    paid at the end of the stay. The cleaning is included: the cleanings on Saturday at the arrival on Wednesday, the final cleaning is not included and it cost 50,00€. To stop the
    reservation you have to send an account of the price and the rest of the
    payment before 15 days of the arrival with a bank transfer, there is a security
    deposit of 150 euros. The cost for 1 bed more is 25 € daily.

Dear Malika, Rom and Gli Etruschi a nice place to do vacances in the winter time, we were here the second time in your residenza it was a very nice time so we want to came back again. Family Etzold There is a proverb , that says:'there are many roads leading to Rome...'but for us there is only one good road it is the road that passed throught Gli Etruschi. Gli Etruschi to us was an eldorado of silence and nature, that gave us the opportunity to re-enjoy the experience we had in the historical city of Rome. Family Sanders

Just returned from our time there. We stayed in the cottage and could not recommend it more. Had a great time and the proprietor was very helpful if we needed her but did not intrude otherwise. our only complaint is that the pool is not suitable for young children - no shallow section - 4 foot throughout.
Our grandson enjoyed himself in the grounds looking at the wildlife - not in the cottage I would add.
Train service into Rome was very good and cheap.

The original description we received was accurate. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Would happily stay there again if we were in the area
The village 3kms away does have the amenities advertised but also worth a visit is the small hamlet of St Mary Di Galleria just outside the park. Very quaint with the only amentity a restaurant whish is well worth a visit
