The bedroom window is facing the privat garden (South exposure) 1 bathroom with shower is provided by best quality towels till XL size,soap,hairdryer on request,bed linnen of high quality cotton. The living room has direct access to the private panoramic garden, equipped with table, 4 chairs for al fresco dining,sun lounges. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is provided with a 2 ring stove,fridge with freezer. The barbecue is available on request. • The price are for 2 persons.Extra person pay euro 10,00/day.
  Extra gas in winter period for heating: euro 6,00/mc

• It is possible to rent apartment for min 3 days.
  Included in the rent: water, electricity, bed and bath linens, one weekly cleaning. Heating is not included: be paid according to the consumption. Upon request it is possible to use the washing machine at the cost of € 7 each washing.
  If your booking enters into two different seasons, we will calculate your rate based exactly upon the number of days booked per season.
  A deposit equal to 30% of the rental price is required at the time of booking, by bank transfer. The balance has to be paid in cash. We always reply to all enquiries within 2 days at most so, should you have no answer from us, it’s because we are unable to reach your email provider. For this reason we ask you to indicate in the enquiry form also an alternative email address and/or a fax number.

Villa La Paiola-Lago di Vico is just 45min driving (fast superstrada Cassia Veientana) from Rome.The metro station Saxa Rubra situated near the ring, with a large guided parking for your car (euro 2,00/day).Saxa Rubra is only 10min from center of Roma by metro connection. Children's area is on the near beach of lake with fun toys especially for them.Entrance to water is from pebbles or sandy beach,possibility to hire ombrella and sun lounges directly on the lake,as bikes,euro 4,00/hour.Lake is not deep & perfect for kids.The place allows a nice mix between sports (canoe, sailing, windsurfing, biking) on the lake with organized club.To preserve the environment, motor boats has been forbidden since 1970.
