A piece of heaven in the middle of Sabina country

Old charming villa. The country house is divided into 2 floors. The first level comprises the living area and the kitchen whilst the top floor with bedrooms is accessed via an external staircase. The living area is dominated by beamed ceilings, stone arches & tiled floors whilst being stylishly decorated by the owners to create a welcoming feel. There is a further chalet style property in the garden. It comes complete with twin beds air conditioning TV, DVD, kitchenette. The warm colours of the furnishings, the wood beams, the terracotta floor & the fireplaces exalt the pleasant atmosphere. Located in the middle of a green untouched country, is surrounded by big trees (oaks, pines, cypresses, olive trees and fruit trees) & by different types of flowers that, especially in spring & in autumn, create a spectacular &, at the same time, warm mixture of natural colours. There is a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi & a beautiful open garden where guests can enjoy their free time.

“Il Casale di Max” is an old farm house that is located in the middle of Sabina which is an area of the Lazio Region situated north of Rome between the Tiber river and the Sabini hills. Its central positions between Rome and the Umbria’s and Tuscany’s most famous towns allows the guests to visit, in a day, through easy and short trips, places whose beauty, from an artistic and a naturalistic point of view, is incomparable. The old farm house is located one hour from Rome by car or by train. It is also very well connected to the Fiumicino’s Airport thanks to the railway “Fiumicino – Roma Tiburtina - Fara Sabina – Gavignano - Orte”.

  • Both the rooms, which are very comfortable, have central heating, hot water, satellite television and DVD. They also have a separate entrance (directly on the top floor and available only for the guests). The tasteful furnishing of the rooms are a fine compliment to the natural beauty of its surroundings. Another double bedroom is in dependence. In the end, summing up, there are the following options: 1 double bedroom + a bunk double; 1 double bedroom with fireplace and a terrace; extra bed possible; 1 double bedroom in a dependence; extra bed possible. Each room has its own bathroom and it can be rented separately. There is also the possibility of renting, upon request, a kitchen (with a dish washer and two fridges) and a big tavern, accessible by an external outside stairway. The welcoming owners and their pet dog have an apartment on the ground floor of the villa but they live in Rome and are often away.
