VILLA ROMANA , at the Mediterranean Sea, in Anzio only 45 km. south of Rome is a huge independent flat (130 sqm) in Italian style Villa surrounded by palm trees in a 1.200 sqm natural Mediterranean garden located in a very quiet residential area, only 250 m from the sandy beaches of Anzio. The flat has a spacious living room with sat-TV and access to the garden, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and 2 with single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub), a well equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, etc) and a beautiful terrace in the garden where you can relax, read, enjoy the sunny days and have open air meals. It is furnished friendly and functionally and offers space for up to 6 people. The beautiful garden has very old palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation, “macchia mediterranea”. At “Villa Romana” you can spend a very relaxed and restful holiday and enjoy sea life , away from the noise of large cities.

The rest of 50% are to be paid at house delivery up on arrival in Anzio together with the security deposit of Euro 250,-.

History and present: In ancient times, Emperor Nerone chose it as the site for the Complex of the Imperial Palace and the Roman Theatre. The Roman Port and the Grotto of Emperor Nerone represent two more salient features of the town. By day time, the town lazily lies in the sun along its beautiful sandy beaches (both free or equipped with parasols, sun beds, restaurants, snack bars) and is an ideal sea life resort. At night has a very lively night life with many open air restaurants, pubs and genuine pizza houses all over town and along sea shore offering exquisite Italian cuisine, wines and day-fresh sea foods. The region has a mild climate. The summers are sunny, dry and temperate with refreshing soft winds coming from the sea , the warm water enables swimming from May to October
