Furnished with pieces of “arte povera” this country house is distinguished by the extremely good taste in which it has been converted, the simplicity of the furniture and for the harmony that has been created with the external space. A large portico furnished with divans, armchairs and a large dining table completes off one side and a living area with large windows creating a very pleasing continuity that is characteristic of the whole villa. From the portico, you can enter the kitchen and the living room. The pool is also accessed from the portico being situated immediately in front of the property. This villa is absolutely ‘family friendly’ equipped with a lovely small room created solely for children and with a garden entirely fenced off.

The white road that leads to the villa has easy access from the motorway and the A1 highway. The surrounding areas to visit are varied and interesting for example, only 2km away you will find an important health centre with a famous thermal water pool.
