Charming medieval house fully restored
The house is located at Sutri , a small village of Etruscan origin just north of Rome, and is an ideal base from which to explore Rome, the Northern district lakes (Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena) and Umbria. The immediate area also offer a good mixture of interesting archaeological and historical sites, beautiful countryside and two golf courses. The house with a 40sqm garden with terrace , is on 3 levels where we have chosen to combine some of its original features (tufo rocks and wooden beams) with more modern materials such as iron , wood and glass. The result is a rather quirky, but utterly unique and charming house. There is a big open-space kitchen, a large dining room (9 seats),a large living room. Luxury, comfort and design are the main features of the house.

Sutri is small Etruscan village near to Rome (40 minutes driving) in the Northern District lakes (Vico, Bracciano and Bolsena). Golf course 18 holes at 10 minutes. Close to Sutri there many interesting and historical sites to visit such as: Bracciano, Calcata, Caprarola, Viterbo, Marta, Capodimonte.
