Easily connected to the major international airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino as well as to the Port of Civitavecchia. This strategic location combines the advantage of a romantic countryside living with easy access to the historic centre of the Eternal City and the Vatican. Each apartment includes: one bedroom with double bed, one separate room with two single beds (or sofa-bed), a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with either tub or shower. Selcetta Country House incorporates two holiday apartments immersed in a luxuriant garden of 6.000 sq.meters: Selcetta 1 and Selcetta 2. Selcetta 1 has two bedrooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and sleeps four people. In case of need, we can add an adjoining spacious area 'The Taverna room', thus accomodating up to six people. Taverna room includes an extra bathroom and a large dining area for six. Selcetta 2 has one bedroom, dining room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub (and shower) and sleeps three to four people. When the two apartments are rented together to one large group, they are offered the possibility to share the same dining room for maximum comfort. To recap, the basic apartment has got two bedrooms, but in case of need we can accomodate up to a maximum of six people.

Notes to the rental rates

• The villa has two units, Selcetta 1 and Selcetta 2. These prices are meant for each unit covering up to four people, including children, per week. A large adjoining unit (and full extra bathroom) is added to Selcetta 1 for groups of 5 or 6. Each additional person is charged from 30 to 60 €, per week, based on the season. Naturally, a group of 7 people or more would need both apartments. 30% booking deposit, 70% balance on arrival. Final cleaning: 45 euros for each unit.
  Cancellation refund policy. If 30 days notice given (45 days in high season) the full booking deposit is returned. In case of shorter notice, deposit is returned if apartment rented for the same period.
  Security deposit: 200 Euros for each unit by cash or traveler cheques on arrival, to be refunded at check out, if no damage caused.
  Prices are normally for one week; shorter periods (minimum 3 nights) should be agreed upon in advance. Changeover day is normally Saturday. Exceptions should be agreed in advance.
  
• Arrival time to property should be as much as possible between 4 and 7 pm. Advise owner well in advance about arrival time, please. Departure time before 10 am. Longer stays enjoy discount. Owner lives on the property.
  
• Bed & Breakfast may be available according to the season and the number of guests. The B&B arrangement should be discussed and agreed with the owner beforehand.
