Notes to the rental rates

  • XMas and Easter Holidays: 2400€.
    50% to reserve - balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival - Rates include: 1 set of bed linen and 2 normal size towels per person per week- Villa, pool and garden cleaning prior to guests' arrival - Electricity up to 14 KW/week- Gas up to 1 cubic meter/week. All taxes included. Rates do not include: Prices apply to up to ten persons. Each additional person pays an extra 8% of above prices. Exceeding electricity and gas consumptions are payable upon departure and shall be withheld from the Refundable Breakage Deposit. Accessory costs: Final Cleaning of Villa and pool: Euro 200. For groups staying more than one week, a weekly pool and garden cleaning is mandatory and costs Euro 80. Large shower towels are available at Euro 10 per person. A refundable breakage deposit of Euro 750 is also required to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests seven days after departure by bank wire transfer.
