At 30 min. drive from downtown Rome and 20 min. from the seaside, Lake Bracciano area is the pride of Rome province. Its unspoilt countryside and wildlife and its unpolluted waters are the reason why it is considered the jewel of the region. Three charming medieval villages lie around the lake, and Trevignano is the one facing south, sunny all day long. This is a very privileged position, in a short distance from Rome and the sea, in the middle of the Etruscan Region and its beautiful archaeological sites, at the crossroads between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria and their artistic treasures. Along the lake, you can enjoy plenty of beaches, restaurants, pubs and cafés, as well as numerous water sports and entertainment events such as live music festivals and fascinating fire-works. Additional information about rental rates

  • 50% to reserve - balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    Rates include: 1 set of bed linen and 2 normal size towels per person - Villa, pool and garden cleaning prior to arrival. Water consumption. All taxes included. Prices apply to up to 10 persons. Each additional Guest receives 20% discount on regular price per person. Electricity and gas are metered and payable as per consumption upon departure and shall be withheld from the Refundable Breakage Deposit. Accessory costs: Final cleaning of the villa and pool 250 Euro, for groups staying more than one week, a weekly gardening service and pool cleaning and sanitation are mandatory and cost 100 Euro. A refundable breakage deposit of 750 Euro is also required and will be returned to guests seven days after departure by bank wire transfer. Please bring your own pool towels.
    Internet wireless access is available upon request in advance at 70€ per week.
    Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Best location in Trevignano, with wonderful views and a magnificent garden.
The villa is very well maintained and charming, garden and pool very enjoyable.
Perfect location, beautifully facing the lake, away from Rome but very close to it, not far from the seaside.
We normally use holiday homes when travelling, and this one was the best so far.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful sunny Italy !!!

Wonderful views, the best in the area! Huge garden safe for children. Swimming in the pool and seeing the lake was really nice. The italian great weather completed this fantastic treat. The house is well equipped and furnished with good taste. Rome is in a reasonably short distance (30 min. if no traffic, but a lot more till 9.00 in the morning). Visiting the Eternal City was very exciting, but leaving Rome chaos after the visit was perfect.
Cons: nothing in walking distance, you really need a car for everything except jogging.
Pros: really secluded and surrounded by the green, and even though you need the car, everything is within few minutes drive.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful location, large grounds, stunning views and wonderful pool!
Really close to points of interest and a perfect getaway.The kids were very happy and my husband and I could enjoy our romantic moments too....what else to ask for ?! Giulia

lovely lake view, v.nice family restaurants in Trevignano nearby, easy for Rome. Large property, safe and extensive grounds, pool OK. Not inexpensive if you're just one family like us, but accommodates a larger number. Owner helpful and with superb English.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
