Notes to the rental rates

• 50% deposit to reserve - balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date - Rates include: 1 set of bed linen per bed per week -2 normal size towels per person per week- Water and cooking gas consumption- Initial cleaning of the villa, swimming pool and garden prior to guests' arrival. All taxes included. Rates do not include: Prices apply to up to ten persons. Each additional person pays an extra 8% of above prices. Electric energy and gas to produce hot water are metered and payable upon departure according to consumption. Accessory costs: Final Cleaning of Villa and pool: Euro 250. For groups staying more than one week, a light 4 hours weekly cleaning is mandatory and costs Euro 60. Mandatory mid-stay pool and garden maintenance cost 80 euros - Large shower towels are available at Euro 10 per person. A refundable breakage deposit of Euro 800 is required to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests two days after departure by bank wire transfer.
