Villa Conchetta, surrounded by olive trees and built in a quaint Lazium-Tuscan style, has beautiful hill views and consists of terracotta floor and chestnut wooden beams. La Villa is minutes from Bracciano and lake, 45minutes from Rome and Fiumicino airport, 2hrs from Tuscany and Umbria. La Villa is on two floors, having a kitchen, dining room, living room, study-library, master bedroom with bathroom and loft which can be used as an additional bedroom and/or study. Two other double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms lead to an independent garden patio and amphitheater. Throughout the villa the floors are made of handmade terracotta tiles in a herring bone design.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Additional master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also available on request for large groups.
    Discounts: A 10% discount for 3 week stay or more.
    Contact Owner for special discounts on long term bookings and large groups.
  • La Villa: for more than 6 guests an additional fee of 15% per person will apply. €100 final cleaning charge.
    Electric and heating bills will be paid based on consumption.
    A 20 (%) percent non-refundable deposit is required to hold booking. Balance of payment due upon arrival.
    A set of sheets and towels are provided per guest at the beginning of the stay. Tenants staying more than one week will be given an extra set of sheets and towels each at the beginning of stay. Tenants are responsible for the laundering of their own sheets and towels.
    Check-in time after 1pm. Check-out time before 9am.
    €400.00 deposit upon arrival, refundable within two (2) week after end of stay for la Villa and for La Cascina.

Villa Conchetta, built in quaint Lazium-Tuscan style, is divided into two amazing mirror houses one of which is available for rent, La Villa (sleeps 6+2), and an independent house 'La Cascina' (sleeps 2+1). Both accommodations surround an interior courtyard with a roman wading pool, fontana, vegetable herb garden. The villa has a portico facing west where magnificent sunsets can be experienced and one facing east in the interior courtyard where there are ten lounging chairs and four sunbeds. The Cascina has both northern and southern grapevines which provide a comfortable place to rest and eat. Linens are provided and daily maid service is available on request.
