Villa Conchetta is a Picturesque villa, divided into two large mirror-house. La Villa (sleeps 6+2) is situated on a 2 hectare property and overlooks a picturesque hilly scenario typical of the Northern Rome countryside where sheep and horse grazing are a familiar site. Villa Conchetta, surrounded by olive trees and built in a quaint Lazium-Tuscan style, has beautiful hill views and consists of terracotta floor and chestnut wooden beams. La Cascina is minutes from Bracciano and lake, 45minutes from Rome and Fiumicino airport, 2hrs from Tuscany and Umbria. La Cascina is a 70 square meters (700square feet) house situated across La Villa courtyard. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a half-service bathroom with washing machine. An additional large bedroom with large bay window and wooden floors, overlooks the living room and has a double bed (also available as 2 twin beds) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The house has chestnut beam ceiling and terracotta floor and has a northern and southern facing patio with garden furniture and barbecue.

Additional information about rental rates

  • La Cascina: for more than 2 guests an additional fee of 15% per person will apply. €60 final cleaning charge.

    Electric and heating bills will be paid based on consumption.

    A 20 (%) percent non-refundable deposit is required to hold booking. Balance of payment due upon arrival.

    A set of sheets and towels are provided per guest at the beginning of the stay. Tenants staying more than one week will be given an extra set of sheets and towels each at the beginning of stay. Tenants are responsible for the laundering of their own sheets and towels.

    Check-in time after 1pm. Check-out time before 9am.
  • Additional master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also available on request for large groups.

    Discounts: A 10% discount for 3 week stay or more.

    Contact Owner for special discounts on long term bookings and large groups.

    €400.00 deposit upon arrival, refundable within two (2) week after end of stay for la Villa and for La Cascina.
