The apartments are located in a private residence in Santa Maria di Castellabate, about half a mile (800 meters) from the seaside, with a panoramic view of the surrounding area. It is bordered by the Italian National Park Cilento and near the seaside park of Punta Licosa. The apartments include a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. They are newly built, tastefully furnished and each has a large private terrace overlooking the sea, complete with umbrella, table, and lounge chairs. The apartments include a satellite TV and are located in a private complex with automatic gate, parking and a common picnic area furnished with tables, benches and a barbecue. You can also enjoy free wireless Internet access and a large common swimming pool (16*7 meters) open from May 20th to Sept 30th. Let me add just one last thing: we live in one of the villas next to the apartment so any kind of problem you may experience, you will be just a few paces to its solution!

Notes to the rental rates

• The apartment is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - we have some flexibility with change-over day during low season, please ask). The prices listed are for 4 people. An additional bed may be added, for which there is a 10% surcharge. Please email for a different number of people. The rent includes water, electricity, and gas. There is a charge of 40 Euro for cleaning the apartment after checkout. You may request sheets and towels, with weekly change, at a cost of 9 Euro per person per week.
  
• Down-payment is 35% of the price, the balance can be paid at your arrival.

The Cilento National Park has been recognised by the UNESCO since 1998 as part of the World Heritage with the following justification: “The Cilento is an outstanding cultural landscape.
