The apartment, which consists of a large living room with completely furnished kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnished private terrace, is located in a lovely villa inside a private complex with automatic gate, and private parking lot. The villa, surrounded by the green, has a private beach that can be reached through a private pathway about 50 meters long. Over the beach the apartment has a correspondent sun umbrella with two sun beds. The golden sandy beach, the sea, that every year gets the “Blue Flag” award of the European Union, has calm, clear, warm and shallow water, ideal for children too. The villa is at a walking distance from the nice villages of Santa Maria and San Marco, where you can find a lot a typical restaurants bars and shops, and both the villages can be reached with a short walk on the waterfront. The villa is also a perfect starting point for a visit to the ancient ruins of Pompei, Ercolano, Velia and Paestum and the world famous Capri and Amalfi.

  • A Deposit of 25% of the total will secure your booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, payment in full is required.
    Both deposit and balance must be net. Bank expenses are on the tenant's charge.
  • Booking could be considered also for period different than those above mentioned on a case by case basis at a price to be agreed at the moment and only for group from 8 to 16 people.
  • ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: The Apartment will be available from 13.00 on arrival day and should be vacated nlt 09.00 on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
    The week starts and finish every Saturday.

Opening period: The property will be opened from the 8th of May to the 19th of September. From the 1st of April to the 8th of May and from 18th to 23rd of october, opening will be considered on a case by case basis and only for group consisting of a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 16 people. The price for person in this period will be 100€ a week plus 10€ a person for he cleaning. In this period the price includes the access to the prvate beach, bu tbath assistant will not be granted.
