The Villa is located in medieval town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, about 200 meters from the seaside and 800 meters from the centre of the town. It has a romantic view of the sea and the villa is completely surrounded by the green; by bright weather, is it possible to see the Amalfi coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The apartment includes a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a big bathroom. The apartment is provided of bedlinen and towels, kitchen stuff, satellite TV, washing machine, terrace with dinner furniture of 30 m2 and a parking place at 1 meter of the apartment. Every apartment have a big sun lounger, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and a private terrace with a nice barbecue.You can also enjoy free Internet access. We stay at a walking distance from the nice villages of Santa Maria and San Marco that can be reached with a short walk on the waterfront. The sea has clear, warm and shallow water, ideal for children too.

  • The villa is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - but we have flexibility with change-over day, please ask). The prices listed are for 5 people.
    The rent includes free internet access, water, electricity, gas, sheets, towels and final cleaning.
    Heating on request, at a cost of 7 euro/day.
    There is a charge of 7 euro/day for heating in the period from November to April.
  • A Deposit of 30% of the total will secure your booking. Balance to be paid when you arrive. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, payment in full is required.
    Booking could be considered also for period different than those above mentioned on a case by case basis at a price to be agreed at the moment.
    ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Your Apartment will be available from 16.00 on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

The Cilento National Park: The Cilento National Park has been recognised by the UNESCO since 1998 as part of the World Heritage with the following justification: “The Cilento is an outstanding cultural landscape. The dramatic groups of sanctuaries and settlements along its three east–west mountain ridges vividly portray the area's historical evolution: it was a major route not only for trade, but also for cultural and political interaction during the prehistoric and medieval periods. We stayed the first week in September and it was a very relaxing time. We enjoyed the sunset and the friendly atmosphere. The high season was over and the beach quite empty. The shallow water was perfect for small children. On the pictures I noticed that the Villa is located quite high above the water, so I was surprised that the walk down to the beach and back up again was not difficult at all. It's only a 5 min. walk and some of it is shaded.

Excellent apartments in wonderful position

My family and I stayed in two of the apartments in September 2009.

They are very well equipped and maintained. The photographs do not do justice to the superb views across the bay. The beach and Santa Maria itself are within a 10 minute walk

Andrea and his mother Rita are excellent hosts and could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend the apartments to others, and will almost certainly return in the future.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay for two weeks in June/July . We enjoyed the climate, the perfect view to the see, the big and beautiful terrace with olive and magnolia trees, the lovely beach and last but not least: The hospitality of Andrea and his Mother Rita! Thanks to them!!

The street below the house can be quite busy but after two days we only heard the (not too loud) roaring of the waves.

Anyway, we would recommend this apartment to our friends

Beautiful place for a relaxing beach holiday.

We thorougly enjoyed our stay in the apartement, and spent the days on the beach and on the terrasse. It was a good thing to have a car, because we could also see more of the surrounding area, as Castellabate and a day trip to Pompei. The owner and his mother are very welcoming and we felt so at ease and at home from the first day of our stay. We will come back :) and we highly recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, the accommodation is of a high standard and the views over the bay are stunning. The owner and his mother were excellent hosts and welcomed us as their guests the day we arrived. I would recommend this property and we shall certainly consider making a return visit.
