The apartment is near the beautiful Punta Licosa at the Southern headland of the Gulf of Salerno, on the Cliff overlooking the sea with its marvellous views. There are 83 steps from the garden down to a private beach. It is in the first unspoiled Marine Park in Italy.

Great location, the sea just moments away!

We stayed here in mid Sept for two weeks. Federico and his wife are just the best, they live in the house behind the apartment. Everywhere is clean and kept tidy. Plenty of space for lounging or sitting or taking in the fabulous views. The steps down to the water are easy, the water is clear and easy to get into, fabulous for those late afternoon swims.
The apartment is very well appointed, with all the necessities of life. Rooms are large , light and airy. Our apartment was fully air conditioned, excellent quiet system.
The walk to San Marco is about 10 - 15 mins, San Marco has restaurants and cafe's, with a decent supermarket up on the main road for that home italian cooking experience.
For sightseeing, Castellabate is a must as is Paestum. I wouldn't bother with Salerno.

All in all a very good apartment in a great location. Very friendly hosts. Great for a family get together which was our reason for staying, but also good to just chill out.
