Prestigious villa with enchanting landscapes

VILLA ROSA is set in a small, medieval suburb (suburb Critera), located in the green park of the Cilento, constituted by a cluster of houses, built in stone, that are tighten around the ancient church. Here you can find many ancient fountains which still give good, drinkable water. The three apartments of Villa Rosa have independent balconies and reserved balconies. They are rent separately or all three together. The apartments can sleep a maximum of 19 people. In the garden there is a firewood oven for guests use. All the apartments are equipped with outside tables and gazebo. The complex is found in the centre of Perdifumo. It is rich in local customs and traditions, with great views of the underlying valley up to the sea. From Cilento you are not far to most of the important archaeological centres as: Paestum, Pompeii (famous for his excavations) and the Vesuvius.

The villa is absorbed in the green of the national park of the Cilento, it is found in a small medieval suburb (suburb Criterions), constituted by a cluster of houses in stone that you/they tighten him around the ancient church. Villa Rosa has been restructured recentemente. Essa you/he/she is endowed with every comfort and you/he/she is suitable for single families or for gruppi. Infatti the complex in 3 independent housing unities is divided for satisfying any type of application (the villa can partially be also fittata with discount that varies according to the number of people). Pink villa can entertain from a minimum of 4 people to a maximum of 18. Our prices vary from a minimum of 1.100,00 euro (bassas season 4-5 people) to a maximum of 2.500'00 euro (altas season 18 people). In a zone of the garden there am a barbecue and a firewood disposition oven of the guests.

Notes to the rental rates

  • To confirm the booking (through E-mail or fax) we ask you for a deposit -30 percent of the total price. The rest will be in cash upon the arrival to Villa Rossa. The payment instructions will be sent by E-mail or fax to your address. The minimum stay at the villa is one week. The arrivals are expected on Saturdays afternoon after 14:00, the departures 12:00 on following Saturday. Please let us know within 7 days about any changes to your arrival/ departure time.
    We will ask you for a key deposit €100 upon arrival; it will be returned at the day of your departure. If any damages happened, deductions will be taken.
    The property is clean, tidy, and in good state. We ask you to look after our villa during your stay.
  • Possible additional expenses (excursions, visits etc.) have to be paid apart. The costs of the heating and the cleaning will have to be paid on the spot during the arrival.
