From Palermo airport: follow the Motorway A 29, direction MAZARA del VALLO, until the exit CASTELVETRANO, there follow the signs to SCIACCA
Once in Sciacca head towards the town centre,only 200 yards of Via Cappuccini, and turn left at the first street light.(Via Toscana 200 yards) goes up.
At the end of this street you have a crossroads on your right, take the road on your left at the street lights(Via De Gasperi) towards 'Basilica San Calogero'.
We are on this road (via Monte Kronio is Via De Gasperi with a different name) at only 1 mile from these traffic lights with easy access from the main road, the house sits at 500 Mts. after the restaurant 'Le Gourmet'.

The property dates from the 18th century during the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies is owned by our family since 1830, the new country home which originally had only one storey, has undergone many changes it has been carefully restored throughout in the last decade.
Verdetecnica is located 1 Km. out of town on the top of a small height with an extensive view over the countryside and the coastline. The site is in fact a panoramic terrace overlooking a wide range of mountains on one side and the sea coast on the other side.
