This is a villa with 4 independent comfortable apartments per 4 and 6 persons on the south coast of Sicily, close to the beach, 6 kilometers far from Licata. The property, located inside 3,500 m2 of private ground enclosed, is characterised by exquisite peacefulness and a breathtaking view of the sea.

Licata is a nice village on the southern Sicilian coast, a few kilometres far from Agrigento. It is full of shops, bar, restaurants, pubs and markets. Licata is very interesting from a historical and cultural point of view, due to its archaeological sites, to its museum, its churches and Villa in the so called 'liberty style'. The beaches are famous for their soft sand and the clean sea. Different specialities make the local gastronomy very good: fresh fish and vegetables, different kinds of cheese and cakes in accordance to the Sicilian traditions. From Licata you can get the most famous cities of the island: Palermo, Piazza Armerina, Siracusa, and you can also visit Etna Vulcano. Moreover, you can take daily a catamaran to Malta and you can arrange a daily trip if you want.

When in Agrigento continue to Licata and exit to the Torre di Gaffe gate, here stop and call me at the mobile number. If you arrive from Catania airport follow the SS 417 and SS 117bis to Gela. When you are in Gela follow the SS115 to Licata.
