Ideal, calm, panoramic context geographic, private beach, swimming pool and tennis field. Small Residence overhanging on the sea with view of the Aeolian islands dipped in a reservoir natural on the tip of Milazzo Cape, one of the more fascinating zones of the Sicily. To the 1-2 km nocturnal life most active of Milazzo (Bar, disc pub and discotheques on the beach) and to 1 hour from Taormina. Ideal for who want to enjoy an exceptional place, to make excursions the Aeolian islands, Taormina, Siracusa and Palermo and not to be deprived of the pleasure to pass one beautiful evening or of one romantic walk to the extreme Milazzo Cape. You will be able to enjoy one fantastic view of the sea with the background of the Aeolian Islands and the famous sunsets of this zone of the Sicily. You can reach the beach below the Residence only through appropriate staircase.(in average 10 minute walk). Flat is well furnished and comfortable and can accommodate until 4 people (2 + 2 a double bed and a sofa bed) and is equipped of all the main comforts in order to allow a pleasant vacation. The veranda, equipped of deckchair and wide table, concurs to fully enjoy relax and meals. Flat is equipped of main domestic appliances (for example oven, refrigerator, freezer and of a kitchen completely equipped. The bedroom is friendly and pleasant. Flat is subdivided in one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, a bath, relative disengagement and one veranda

The Residence is located on the extreme tip of Milazzo Cape, small peninsula in the north-east of Sicily, in front of the Aeolian islands. It’s a small town on the Tyrrhenian coast .It's also a natural landing-place for the Eolie's Islands. The fortified town with the castle, the old dome, the medieval village and numerous churches is very interesting. All these monuments bring important pages in history to life again, from Greeks to the expedition of 'Mille'. MILAZZO CAPE is a peninsula that extends for 7 km in the Tirrenian Sea. There is the old town with the castle, a characteristic church inside a rock dedicated to Saint Antonio from Padova. There are interesting paths where you can see the typical Mediterranean vegetation. There is a beautiful panoramic. You can see the Eolian Islands: Volcano, Lipari & Stromboli are nearest. The west coast in summer is a place of bathing with its widths beach. Important bathing establishment are found to you with diurnal and nocturnal animation.

Renting of sheets and towels costs 16,00 € for people. Final clean done by an external people costs 40,00 € but is not mandatory. Pets are not admitted. Safe deposit of 150,00 € is requested at key delivery; the safe deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday. Swimming pool works usually from the 1st of June to the end of September. Swimming pool and tennis court services are totally free. Other expenses such as water, electricity, etc. are included in the flat rate. Guests take on the responsibility for any kind of damage that will occur to the apartment. 4 men in the same apartment are not admitted.

Sometimes booking on the internet can be a 'hit or a miss', so I was absolutely delighted when I arrived to find that the advert undersold the spectacular setting, absolutely amazing pool and modern/compact accommodation. The private beach is a must for anyone who enjoys snorkeling!

The property was spotlessly clean and the service was conducive to a relaxed and informal holiday.

We really enjoyed staying nearby Milazzo. Whilst it boasts a range of restaurants and shops, it is unspoiled by tourism.
