The holiday houses are located in Letojanni, in the old fishermen's village near Taormina (5km) on the Sicilian Ionian Coast.

The apartements Bouganville, Hybiscus ,Zagara ,Mimosa (4people each) are located in the town centre of the old fishermen village, only 40m from the seaside.

They are completely furnished: 1 double room with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, and one living room with kitchen with 2 sofa's beds and air conditioning, and beautiful balcony with table and chairs. TV satellite washing machine, hair dryer, sheets/blankets and towels, air conditioning and parking are included.

Letojanni is an old fishermen's village near Taormina (5km) on the Sicilian Ionian Coast. Letojanni‘s fame is due to its sea and beaches beauty, where you can to find both of sand and gravel. A tourist can choose between free beaches and private shores, where is possible to find many comfort such as bars restaurants, animation for children and adults, association for diving lessons and sea excursions. For people who are deeply in love with beach there are many opportunities to come back in the evening with a lot of activities: as having dinner or dancing (why not on the sea shore whit the caress of a wave?) inside a large number of night clubs in the area.

The Picciolo Golf Club is the first golf course constructed in Sicily. It was designed, in the 1989, by Luigi Rota Caremoli. The beautiful 18 holes are among oaks, hazels and vineyards. How to get there: From the motorway A-18 Catania-Messina take the Fiumefreddo di Sicilia exit; then follow the S.S. 120 direction: Piedimonte Etneo, Linguaglossa, Randazzo. After 800 mts from the turning for Castiglione di Sicilia, on the left there are 2 big pine trees. From house to Golf Club is 35 km

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was beautifully furnished with everything you need and was really clean and tidy. It was in a great location only 40m from the beach and shops and restaurants, everything was walkable. The balcony overlooked a square that was buzzing with people during the evening eating gelato from the mobile gelato van - gorgeous! Carmen was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the area and suggested several places to go on trips. Mount Etna and Taomina were real highlights. Also worth a visit was savocca where part of 'the godfather' trilogy was filmed. We had a fantastic holiday and will return to Sicilly in the near future.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The best holidays ever!

Carmen was a lovely landlady. Extremely generous (there was a huge plate of Sicilian lemons waiting for us in the apartment!!!!), helpful and kind. Her trips, restaurants and places to see suggestions made our holidays perfect!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. Spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and air conditioning which was extremely helpful! The living room - kitchen area was very big and comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We only ate out 4 times during 2 week stay! We love cooking and the kitchen was perfect! We spent our evenings eating home made food on our lovelu terrace overlooking a charming square. The location of the apartment could not be better! Less then 40m from the beach!!!

We have rented a scooter and went for numerous trips to: Savoca ('God Father' site and the best almond and pistachios bisquits EVER), around Etna (yummy wine!), lots of local towns in the mountains....

It was a perfect place to have relaxing and extremely enjoyable holidays!

I absolutely fell in love with Letojanni.

We will definately be back!

Lovely place in an original sicily village

We felt welcome and comfortable in this beautiful spacious apartment!
Carmen, the owner, is friendly, generous and very supportive.
The equipment in the kitchen could be better - if you want to cook for yourself. But the tempting bars and restaurants in close neighborhood will pull you anyway...
The clean and beautiful beach is so near that you are there (and back) in less than 5 Minutes. Fantastic!!!
We enjoyed our stay - 10 days in July.
Letojanni was not near as crowded as Taormina at this high season time. We can strongly recommend the place for all who need to relax and recover and do enjoy beach and ocean. That's what we did.

accurate description of property good location overlooking village square 2 mins to beach excellent beach bar to the left past bedoin tent plenty of good restaurents nearby, the excellent twin pub a short walk,, food there is plentyfull and every thursday live entertainment ,taomina is about 15 mins by bus and costs 2euros each way a taxi is 15euros ,we were here in june/july very hot appartment has good air con plenty of small supermarkets butchers,and fruit and vedg if you want to eat in ,we had a wonderful time and carmen the owner was on hand if we needed anything,see you next year sicily
