The part of the villa to rent is on the first floor.You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and long the gulf till Palermo. From the terraces you will be able to admire marvellous sunsets, enjoying the coolness of the plants and of the sea breeze. You will be able to admire the splendid 'Madonie' mountains. Far from any source of noise it is ideal to relax and enjoying visiting Sicily. It's composed of 2 double bedrooms with 6 bed places, living-room, one bathroomwith bath and shower, 2 great terraces, independent entry, garden of lemon trees and fruit of 2000 mq, also a hot shower outside, private garden and a big private parking. All the property is fenced in. Besides the villa is 300 metres far from the centre of Campofelice di Roccella.
