Comfortable family home amongst the countryside

The villa is perfectly located for a relaxing holiday or activities. A wonderful place from where you can explore the walking paths of the National Park of the Madonie Mountains or taste the local cuisine in one of many traditional restaurants in nearby villages. Close to all amenities (buses, trains, banks, supermarkets etc). Sandy beach with sun chairs is located 150m from the villa and 50m further on there is also a cobbled beach.

Golf course

An 18 hole Golf Course and restaurant is situated at Campofelice a distance of 10kms from Cefalù.

Madonie Mountains-mushroom picking, hiking, skiing

Small skiing area in Piano Battaglia with chalets and hotels a distance of 35kms from Cefalu. Join the locals mushroom picking in the autumn.
