Located on the heights of Piscita, a small village of houses with white walls, « Roca di Paola » is a beautiful Eolian style villa, full of charm and isolated from the noise. The house has a unique view on Piscita, the Mediterranean sea and Strombolichio. The beach, “Spiaggia lunga” is only 150 meters away. It is a fifteen minutes walk to get to the centre and to the boat landing. This L-shaped one level house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. It is an ideal place to spend unforgettable Italian holidays while discovering the charm of the eolian islands.

STROMBOLI - Lighthouse of the Mediterranean ». Mythical island where Rosselini lost his mind for Ingrid Bergmann, Stromboli is situated in the Tyrrhenean sea, between Napoli and Sicily. An active volcano of twelve square kilometres, it hosts on one side the tiny village of Ginostra and on the other side the harbour of Scari and the villages of San Vincenzo, San bartolo and Piscita. Stromboli belongs to the seven Eolian islands with Vulcano, Lipari, Panarea, Salina Filicudi and Alicudi.

Notes: During the summer, people live outside the house. The villa has a very large covered terrace and a large open space terrace. The covered terrace in turn is split in two parts. One part fully covered and protected and one part just protected from the sun. This allows everyone to fully enjoy living outdoor the way he or she wants.

Getting there via Naples.: Flights to Naples (BA/Alitalia/Easyjet from London Gatwick or Stansted). From Naples, two options : 4 hours in hydrospeed (Aliscafo) from the company SNAV (phone +390814285555) the last departure is around 2pm. Or a whole night crossing with company Siremar (tél. +390813172999). Book a cabin. Departure from Naples at around 9 pm, arrival at 6 am at Stromboli.

Getting there via Milazzo.: Daily Liaisons between Milazzo and Stromboli with Ustica lines or Siremar. Stops at Lipari, Vulcano, Salinas, Panarea, Ginostra, Stromboli with Ustica (2 1/2 hours). Lipari, Panarea, Ginostra, Stromboli with Siremar (2 hours). First boat leaves around 7 am and last boat around 1 pm. There is a train from Rome to Milazzo which arrives early morning in Milazzo. Otherwise the closet airport is Catania.

Once there.: Our corresponding agent will welcome you on the island.

Other Activities: Hikes on an active volcano. Sightseeing trips to 6 islands nearby (Panarea, Lipari, etc...)
