This beautiful villa, owner’s summer residence, is ideal if you want to stay away from commercial properties. The villa is available every year, for weekly or monthly rental, from October to mid May. It can accommodate up to ten guests in four bedrooms, but you will be charged only for the number of guests in your party and will have the exclusive use of the residence. Its unique style and comfort will surprise you to an unforgettable holiday. The villa develops on two floors and is exquisitely furnished with antiques and family heirlooms. Custom-made beds and 100% cotton linen will insure you the best comfort while you sleep. In the evening you will relax in the shade of the secluded subtropical garden. You will feel free to move in and out to the covered patio and the luscious garden from the intimate and comfortable living room, furnished with 18th century furnishings, as well as from the large kitchen.

Placed in the centre of the town, the villa overlooks a quite, intimate garden, while at the same time it offers you easy walks for your local shopping. Excellent is the local production of wine. Don’t forget to taste the world renown 'Corvo, Duca di Salaparuta', the pasta Tomasello, exported in USA and Canada and the extra virgin cold press olive oil Giara. Freeway connection, located 200 meters away, will allow you to quickly connect, explore and discover remote areas of the island.

The new kitchen, fully equipped with all you need for gourmet cooking, has a supply for your basic needs. It is furnished with love and care to the smallest detail and includes dishwasher, fridge, four-burners stove with oven, and all the utensils. Coal barbeque unit and exterior burners allow you to barbeque, griddle or deep fry on the covered patio. In the house you will find fresh bed and shower linens as well as soaps for shower, dish, dishwasher and laundry. Clothes washer is available at no extra cost. Smoking, barbequing, griddle, deep frying on patio only. We have provided a wall safe, should you wish to have extra protection for your jewellery and valuables. Small pets need to be approved and registered.

We recommend excursions to: Palermo e Monreale (20 km), Cefalu` (50 km), Segesta, Agrigento, Madonie Natural Park (80 km), Taormina (200 km), Mount Etna (200 km), Siracusa (250 km), Eolie Islands.

Most relaxing vacation spent

House was wonderful. 5 women we had plenty space. House was clean and as described/ Garden was wonderful had many breakfast out side. Map of area was provided by owner was most helpful.

I would most diffently recommend to others and have since my return. It was everything and more.

Car is recommended and yes it is!!. As for the town not much to do no internet cafes, or shopping mall in the town. Which in itself added to the charm. All was a train ride away(5mins). Train station was never open to buy ticket had to get tickets at local shops, so pre plan if using trains.
