Inside the Villa: Inside, Villa Modica, is modern and comfortable. It comes with a fireplace, satellite television , screens on windows and three air conditioned bedrooms.
Maid service or a cook for an original Sicilian meal can be arranged at the time of booking.
Outside the Villa: From outside,the views are breathtaking, you may hear the peal of Modica's bells from a mile away and the closer tinkling of cowbells. Already old when the Greeks found it, Modica is a vibrant city of 50,000 that's filled with mysterious feasts, great restaurants, and ancient wonders. In the summer, the beach town of Marina di Modica, 20 min away is abuzz with night life. Also within 20 min are the catacombs of Cava d'Ispica and Baroque city of Noto. Modica offers this intense taste of Baroque with its splendid views, its treasures of art, its churches, its palaces, its decorated portals risen on the ruins caused by the great earthquake of 1696 which destroyed a large part of Sicily, particularly Modica. We have especially planned for small children and babies, particularly with regard safety. All access points to the pool have gates to keep young children outside of the pool area. For golf lovers ,only 30 minutes away there is resort that has two 18-hole championship golf and practice range with 70 stations. Golf Academy with video systems, putting and pitching green. Golf House with terrace bar / restaurant overlooking the golf facilities with changing rooms, storage golf carts, pro-shop, etc.
