The house sits on the edge of a small hamlet, opposite the surrounding fields and hills. There are wonderful walks in the hills and around nearby lake. The house is a fantastic base for exploring the towns and sites of Tuscany & Umbria.

Getting There

The most convenient if flying from the UK is Ryanair's new Perugia route from Stansted. This is approx 45 mins by car to the house. Alternatively, there is more frequency to Forli (Bologna Forli from Stansted or Frankfurt) again on Ryanair, this is approx 1.15 mins drive down the E45 motorway. From the rest of continental Europe, closest airports are Bologna (2 hours drive), Florence (approx 1.5 hours drive) and Rome (approx 2.5 hours drive). It is essential to have a car, though you can also go on day trips eg to Florence by train from Arezzo.
